Refund and Return Policy

We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

Interpretation

The words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall apply whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to A Fragrance Story
  • “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale
  • “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us
  • “You” means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the service

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

Return Processing Timeline

Returns will be processed within 2–4 working days after we receive the returned goods.

Refunds will be credited within 14 days of return approval.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days
  • The goods must be in their original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Goods with expired shelf life
  • Unsealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments and cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of delivery.
